I was under and I felt fine when I was able to leave Palo Alto medical foundation surgi center in Mountain view (that huge big building built in 2007). It's an expensive place, but my insurance covered the bulk of the expense. The surgicenter is really expensive and so is his bill to the insurance which they covered 100%,. I was under and no after side effect. Was able to do things when I got home. Didn't have naseau like the time I had a procedure done at the same place in 2008 under another doctor that put me under. I was sick in 2008 for more than a week and always feel like vomiting. I am glad that this doctor didn't give me any side effects after putting me under. This is my 3rd visit to the surgi center. The first one was to look inside my stomach, second time was to look at my colons in mid sept 2015 and the procedure I had been put under was for NovaSure. That was expensive and I have to pay a deductable/co pay for that procedure to my Ob/Gyn.
