Alina Gouller, MD

I first went to Dr. Alina because a good friend told me she has a lot of knowledge. During my first appointment, she was good and helpful requested exams and a follow-up. Today I walked there 10 min before my appointment at 3:20 PM, by 3:55 PM a nurse finally came and took me to the back, 4:05 PM I went to the hallway looking around, and another nurse asked what my name was and said, “Oh, I was looking for you!” at 4:25 PM I walked out of the office without seems the dr. Alina. Look, I am a reasonable person, but waiting over 1 hour without a doctor's explanation is disrespectful. He is in NYC; our time is precious; I was in the middle of my working hour, and I WASTED my time.

I can only say great things about Dr. Gouller. I went to Joslin's Diabetes Center in Boston and during my time with them, my A1C went up and up and they never did much about it. Dr. Gouller within a short period of time got it down to a very acceptable number and for that I am grateful. Sure, I have had to wait a bit or my prescriptions didn't get put in right away but on the whole she and her staff have been terrific. Proof is in the pudding here, she knows how to get A1C down which at the end of the day is all that matters. Shake your feathers back into place. You'll be fine!

Dr. Gouller has the worst bedside manner I have ever encountered. You wait forever only to be met with an uncaring doctor who simply rushes you through. She could care less about you or what she's diagnosed you with. Zero follow through even though her diagnosis required a great deal of explanation and attention. STAY AWAY!

I cannot believe that the ratings are above an average of three stars. I have had trouble scheduling appointments, my usual wait time is between 2.5-3.5 hours, and my time in the room with Doctor Gouller is less than 5 minutes. She has forgotten to send prescriptions on multiple occasions, once I was hassling her office for 2.5 weeks. Her emails to me after test results have been received are one or two worded. This is NOT acceptable!! If you actually want to understand what's going on with your health and have guidance I would recommend staying away.

Dr. Gouller is knowledgable, caring, astute. But waiting over an hour to see her is intolerable.

Dr. Gouller is professional, focused, attentive and kind. She efficiently directs the patient to the best way to resolve medical concerns. Every single time I've visited her I have been grateful for her expertise and dedication to my needs and health. A terrific doctor and a caring professional.

Had horrible experience with Dr. Gouller and her staff at NYU Hospital. She send patient to the test and a week later she does not remember anything, not to mention that the test was not necessary at all. Not clear with Dx. Such a waste of time. Very , very disappointed. She gave so many problems for our family. I would never recommend Dr. Fouler to anyone

Dr. Gouller has not only been the best caring Doctor addressing my thyroid condition she has also help me address other medical concerns with the greatest referrals.

Beyond terrible bedside manor. This DR does not listen and is extremely rude and condescending. I will never return to that office. Also-the photo look about 20 years old compared to what she actually looks like.
