It is impossible to schedule appointments, office staff can only be described as rude and unhelpful, difficult to see the same doctor for continuity of care, doctors don't return calls and office cleanliness and wait times are awful. But the icing on the cake was when staff filled out medical forms for my child, they neglected to include her allergy, and were unapologetic and dismissive when I pointed out their error. The overall treatment of patients in the office is unacceptable.

I absolutely love Dr Hoffman. My 1 year old daughter was crossing her eyes at home, and other doctors dismissed my concern, as my daughter gets very upset and cries at her doctor’s appointments so usually doctors can’t see her eyes crossed when she’s crying. Not only was Dr Hoffman extremely patient with my daughter, taking her time to let my daughter cry and then calm down, while explaining each step of her physical exam and giving my daughter time to adjust, but because she sat down and calmly talked to me and my daughter, my little girl stopped crying and Dr Hoffman was able to witness the eye crossing for herself, and verify the condition. She referred us to a pediatric ophthalmologist where we found that my daughter needed a sting prescription for nearsightedness. My daughter was 18 months old at the time and still not walking. Once she got her glasses- she started walking that same week! She just needed to be able to see. Dr Hoffman is an excellent pediatrician- patient,… thoughtful and really interested in the parents’ concerns.
