Dr. Alison Vogell, MD

I can’t say enough about my experience with Dr. Vogell and my care team. From the moment I called to set up my initial appointment I was treated so kindly and got the help I needed immediately. My first visit was incredible. Everyone I dealt with from the front desk, nurses to Dr. Vogell was literally the best experience I have ever had during an appointment. I have been seeing Doctors for 30 years for endometriosis, fertility issues, fibroids and cysts. I can truly say Dr. Vogell is by far the best doctor I have ever seen. Dr. Vogell and her staff were so thorough at my first appointment. They took the time to listen to everything I was experiencing. Dr. Vogell was kind and understanding. She was very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. I felt confident in the treatment plan we laid out. Honestly I began to cry with gratitude. Even though I was going to have a hysterectomy which was emotional I left happy, relieved and validated. I was not scared for my surgery, I felt I… had the best Dr I could possibly have to preform the procedure. The recovery hasn’t been intolerable and I know that is because of Dr. Vogell’s expertise. My incisions are healing beautifully. My post op care has been just as amazing. Dr. Vogell explained everything she found and told me my years of pain was real and she was sorry it had gone on for so long. I hope I can reach as many as possible with my experience. I have told many of my friends who suffer to please call and make an appointment. I truly believe in Dr. Vogell! She is amazing!

Rude, abrasive, and did not return my calls to the office to find out my test results.

Dr. Vogell seemed like she wanted nothing to do with diagnostics. I came to her for a second opinion and only got, 'well, if the other doctor said that, then sure', which was unhelpful. She also had conflicting and confusing information, such as 'this is a permanent condition and you need to learn how to cope with that', as well as 'it may not possible to figure out what this is, but it's definitely not a GYN issue'. I hope I don't need to point out to the reader that if she didn't know what it was, she had no business declaring it permanent. It did, by the way, end up being a GYN issue (pelvic pain and bleeding... what a shock!), and a treatable one. I did not feel as though Dr. Vogell took my symptoms seriously, and she did not help me on my path to diagnosis and treatment.
