I have been seeing Dr. Pack for years and think she is great. She is knowledgable, practical and attentive. She is current in her research and available when needed.

Dr. Pack misdiagnosed me, was not available to discuss my issues, caused a medication issue that almost cost me my life. Warning: do NOT go to this woman. Please go to NYU Eplilepsy Center.

Dr Pack does not have a warm bedside manner. She sees you and rushes you out. It feels like she doesn’t think about you as a unique individual and just follows the standard treatment plan which is not the best for everyone. Taking time to listen would help. I recommend NYU Epilepsy Center

I had previously seen a local neurologist for a consultation after a seizure. Although I was taking a medication to prevent further seizures, I was experiencing dizziness for 50% of the day. Both Dr. Pack and her physician's assistant, Tracy took the time and interest to thoroughly investigate the possible causes and solutions and to verify that I had definitely experienced seizures. She advised me of three possible "fixes" for the problem and also investigated the possibility of reducing my medications. Without a doubt, she is a 5 star neurologist!

Dr Pac is sensitive, highly intelligent, focused. I could not ask for better care.

I went to Johns Hopkins for 9years and they never EVER did any tests that dr. pack had me have. Dr pack has a lot more manners is a people person and doesn't have her head above the clouds like the neurologist at JH. she actually has tests done and changes pills and doesn't give up she keeps an up beat attitude id recommend her to others who need a neurologist .

Dr. Pack is insensitive and has an extremely cold bedside manner. She never offers any hope and is quick to make you feel like you are the problem, not your epilepsy. She misdiagnosed me and her staff made numerous mistakes with medications, testing and scheduling. I thought I was at the best practice in the world- thank God I had a wake up call and went elsewhere. I highly recommend NYU, and RWJ. Now I realize- after comparing with other practices, that Columbia Comp. Epilepsy was disorganization. Seek a more compassionate and caring Doctor is my advice.

Think twice before putting your self in the hands of a lightweight. She gets back to you weeks later. It's like having an appointment with GOD.

I have had a medical condition for 30 years and had seen numerous doctors in many major cities. After my first visit to Dr. Pack, she had a clear diagnosis and plan for me. She asked questions that had never been asked of me by any of the other Dr's I had seen.I have been seeing her for 7 years now on a follow up program. The original plan did not work as well as we had expected, but that is based on each individual patient. Dr. Pack kept at it and has now found a regimine that is working. I AM SO HAPPY I FOUND HER!I would recommend her highly. She has two offices, making our 2 hour commute a bit easier. We can make an appointment that fits not having to drive to NYC!
