Dr Naseer was very friendly and personable. I highly recommend her to others. She also explained to an intern how to properly use a vibration fork... Idk appropriate name for the tool.

Her staff is the worst. I arrived 15 minutes prior to appointment for Thyrogen injections. The staff drifted in late. I was told easy appointment with the nurse in & out. It came getting later & later. Long past appointment. Staff didn’t tell me why so late. Finally I asked. They were rude and said they have a doctor n site and she was late. 2 days later, after I have received Thyrogen and capsule, the office manager calls me and said I was disrespectful for complaining. I had called asking the level of isotopes, I would receive and the staff laughed and said must be suffering from a dementia for asking a question. Many more examples of the rude, unprofessionalism from her and her office. They don’t answer questions or address concerns.

Overall she’s rude, impatient and unprofessional. It’s very clear she can’t be bothered with her patients if I could give her a lower rate I would.
