I had the great fortune of being referred to Dr. Allan Wulc for some work I needed done on my eyes. I was looking to have my tear ducts repaired, and I decided to invest in having my under eye 'bags' removed (blepharoplasty) at the same time. Dr. Wulc approaches his work with great artistry, surgical skill, incredible knowledge, and an eye for aesthetics. I was impressed that he includes a holistic approach and has his patients take certain vitamins that will assist with the surgery and healing process. With the combination of his surgical skill and pre- and post-surgery regime, I was astounded with how quickly I healed and how incredibly effective and beautiful the result of my surgery is. I also have to give a shout out to the support staff at W Cosmetic Surgery, especially Debbie Tuccillo who navigated the post-surgery healing period with me and promptly answered any and all questions I had with incredible care and skill. I can not recommend Dr. Wulc and W Cosmetic Surgery… highly enough!

I had an upper blepharoplasty and a brow lift by Dr. Wulc. He explained the procedures very clearly and his staff was very helpful from the start to the finish (especially Debbie and Gina..). It has been about 8 weeks and my vision has improved, I look better and the scaring is minimal, almost not evident. Everything Dr. Wulc set out to do for me was done very well and exceeded my expectations. The staff was welcoming, friendly and caring.

Had external dacryocystorhynostomy (DCR) surgery with Dr. Wulc. I was extremely happy from beginning to end. Dr. Wulc explained everything very clearly and had excellent bedside manner. Support staff were very courteous and helpful. Dr. Wulc was readily available for questions post surgery. COVID precautions are more than adequate. Office is very nice! As for the actual procedure: quick, no opioids necessary for pain management afterwards, back to work fairly quickly. Also worth noting he took great care to minimize scarring and the scar has already faded significantly roughly 1.5 months out. Major quality of life improvement as now my eye no longer excessively tears and I no longer get constant tear duct related infections! 5 stars, highly recommended

Dr. Wulc did a great job correcting my eyelids and I would recommend him to anyone looking for surgery about the eyelids and the face. His office staff is attentive and he does a spectacular job.

Look at his gallery! Wow! That's what sold me on W Cosmetic Surgery. My experience was the very best I could ask for right from the first appointment. Dr. W and his nurse, Deb, gave me their recommendations, then fit me in for my surgeries (I had two), the first being a full-face laser resurface along with lower blepharoplasty. My second surgery was 5 weeks after the first because I was moving cross country - a neck lift and lower face lift. Then I moved, 4 weeks later! I am so thrilled with everything! Not only is Dr. W an excellent surgeon, but he is an artist as well. He really cares about his work and how each of his patients will look and FEEL after surgery and beyond. I would have no hesitation flying back to PA for anything more. I fully trust him and his work. He is meticulous!

After ptosis and blepharoplasty surgery by another surgeon left me with a poor and disappointing result, I consulted Dr. Wulc for revision surgery. I found Dr. Wulc to be knowledgeable, extremely thorough, and frank regarding what he could do to improve my appearance. My surgery at Abington Surgical Center went well. I had very little post op discomfort and I look so much better! Words cannot fully describe my profound gratitude for Dr. Wulc's surgical skill and kindness during this difficult time. Moreover, his staff is friendly and discreet. Debbie, RN kept in touch afterwards and answered my texts and calls promptly. If you are in need of an excellent oculoplastic surgeon, I highly recommend this practice!

After spending almost a year researching plastic surgeons to repair ptosis on my right upper eyelid, I decided upon Dr. Wulc. I could not be happier with the results. My eye looks fantastic. Both eyes look perfectly symmetrical, with no evidence of surgery to the right lid. I had some complications with my surgery and Dr. Wulc was unbelievable. The personal attention he gave me was above and beyond. Truly talented surgeon who truly cares about his patients and his work.
