Dr. Allen Nhamo Chiura

During my first appointement he left early due to answering his cell phone to care for his child (understandable) not returning to finish the conversation about surgery was not. The following week he was confused about why I was not on antibiotics, he hadn't prescribed and after a failed surgery he was uable to be reached by phone after ordering morphine, which I am allergic too. (every piece of paper states, I didn't hide it) He does not seem to have much concern for pain control, the man in the room next to me also made this complaint clear. He appears to be to busy to pay attention to the details. My overall experience was terrible. His office also scheduled lithotripsy and then called to say there was a scheduling problem and it would be a week later. The truck comes here 2X a month. The wait in his office has been anywhere from 30 minutes to over an hour wait time. My overall recomendation is to go out of town to another urologist.

This guy is a horrible money hungry quack ...he left a stint in my mother butchered her open and now the kidney he removed a stone from is failing ....never never trust this man go out of town!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :( your an ugly man Dr, Chiura

I would never recomend this physician. I saw the physician 2 times and was told that I needed to have a day surgery procedure done to see what was wrong. I was set up for day surgery and was in the surgery center with an IV ready to go in and Dr. Chiura came in and said he was cancelling the procedure because he wanted our "large" ($400) insurance copay paid upfront. I had already made arragements through his office to make payments for any cost that my private insurance did not cover, but that was not his concern that day.When I went to the office to solve this problem that same day I discovered that Dr. Chiura had previously billed my insurance for tests he did not perform. When I asked for these items to be corrected the staff said that it was my fault that I had been billed for things that were not done.This physician and office are unethical and I would never use them again or recommend them to others. Please find another physician to meet your needs.
