Dr. Allison Rodgers, MD

i cannot express enough gratitude for the care that I received from Dr. Rodger’s and her team during my fertility journey. From the first appointment, I was met with compassion and understanding. Dr. Rodger’s took the time to listen to my concerns and explain treatment options available. She made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Rodgers for a little over a year, having 4 egg retrievals and a successful FET. Today was my last day being a pt of hers and I don’t recommend it. Why, Because Dr. Rodgers sets the bar for bedside manner and how patients should be taken care of. She’s exceptional!! It’s hard being a patient of hers because you know you’ll never find a doctor as smart, understanding, kind, and compassionate as Dr. Rodgers. Once you’ve had her for a procedure you’ll want her every time and you’ll be sad when you don’t get her. If you become a patient of Dr. Rodgers you’ll be so happy when what you wished for becomes a reality and then you’ll be sad when you have to tell such a wonderful person goodbye. She’s amazing! She’s worth the wait, just do it! You won’t find anyone better!

Impressed with her and her staff! We transitioned our care to Dr. Rodgers when our prior doctor retired. We were scared and worried about switching, but we were so blessed to start working with Dr. Rodgers for our frozen transfer. Her and her team are on top of things and always made us feel so cared for. She got the job done as we just delivered our baby girl all because of her - we love her for it.

I read all these reviews before posting. Yes, she does videos on social media (TikTok, Instagram) but they are informative and sometimes funny because yes, she's human! She is a huge supporter of the LGBTQ+ community which I think is great especially with the IVF world. I saw her for about a year for male & female factor infertility. You do need to stay on top of the clinic and nurses, and appointments with her are hard to get so hence only 4 stars. However, she is willing to think outside the box and modify protocols for what works for you. She will also take suggestions from you (do your own research!) so she is willing to add/change meds based on feedback. My final FET was an odd stimulated FET.. we used multiple meds and even though it was "unique" it worked for me and I'm 8 weeks pregnant. Also, she did show empathy for the chemical pregnancy I had and does seem to care about her patients.

Was incredibly rude and inconsiderate to my wife. Avoid at all costs!

Unbelievable that a doctor would go on tic tok in support of one groups rights while using a hurtful pejorative (Karen) against a whole demographic of women named Karen. You should be ashamed of yourself Miss. Maybe if social media had attacked the name Allison to represent racist entitled white women you’d be singing another tune. Shameful.

I was a patient of Dr. Rodgers and her nurse called me very late in the day to tell me I had a high TSH level and that they wanted to prescribe me some medication.I got off the phone with her nurse and after realizing what needed to happen, I had some additional questions. Well it was Friday and trying to call on the weekend is a mess in itself to ask questions. I called the line back and decided to be transferred to an on call doctor bc I needed to start my new medication over the weekend. Dr. Rodgers called me back and I had asked her my questions. Her response was “Your questions are not an emergency and you are wasting my time for calling me this late on the on-call doctor line”. Completely unprofessional and she made me feel like I didn’t matter. Called the office on Monday and transferred to a different doctor. DO NOT GO WITH Dr Rodgers. She is terrible and her lack of empathy is disgraceful.

I got diagnosed with something and it was shocking news. I couldn’t believe it and was just oblivious. However, Dr. Rodgers just proceeds to ask if I have any conditions and just wants to prescribe me medications. I understand that every patient has a different experience with her and different way of finding out news, but it is not right to have no empathy for patients. I mean, who would want to find out any bad news from a provider that does not seem to care?

This “doctor” made a video making fun of the smell of patients feet, do not support someone that unprofessional.

From beginning to end, I had a wonderful experience with Fertility Center of Illinois. Dr Rodgers is friendly, understanding, flexible, and sensitive to any issues. This place is simply amazing. Everyone at the office always made me feel relaxed and calm.They look at every option and cover all bases to figure out what YOU need. After miscarriage and 2 years of trying to get pregnant , I'm happy that I met her. We did IVF and now I'm 14 weeks pregnant. Our family is forever grateful to Dr Allison Rodgers and her staff for not giving up on our dream!
