Very good doctor, however the biller needs to go back to school! They are trying to charge me full price on visits when I have insurance! My insurance asked for proof on which was primary, and since the biller neglected to send in the information, my insurance didn’t pay. They allowed me to schedule one of my other children, yet refused to see her when we came in for visit! Will be sad to be changing doctors, but I REFUSE to pay out of pocket charge when I have insurance!

Dr. Stephen ( Female) is a very good doctor and her staff is very friendly, caring. Back office staff is very friendly and very knowledgeable about the practice. Front office staff are very nice.

Dr.Stephen and his staff have always been wonderful to us. They have gotten busier in recent time but I appreciate their hard work and realize it is difficult to run a pediatric practice that is growing so quickly . Dr. Stephen practice seems more personal even went the extra distance and stayed late to see my child for a infection so I wouldn't have to wait till the next day. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!!.

While she may have been practicing for over 20 years...she is not personable with children. Every time we go in, she dismisses our concerns and says its fine. Personally I would like her to elaborate as to why its fine. I'm a first time parent and would like to be asserted but certainly not made to feel it is crazy to be concerned.

Dr Stephen is an outstanding Pediatrician in Las vegas. She is wonderful. She is a great listener. They have excellent customer service. The staffs are friendly. I feel waiting time is minimum. We are glad to say that our daughter is in safe hands with this Doctors and staff.

Dr. Stephen is always availalbe, if I need an appointment she is always willing to squeeze us in. She goes out of her way to make sure that everything is taken care of. I have never felt rushed. My kids love her!!! She is a great physician and I would highly recommend her.
