I currently see Dr. Moid at the VA Hospital in North Chicago. She is wonderful, kind, very empathetic and listens to you and your presenting issues. Very nice and genuinely concerned about helping you. She is also very thorough and works with you to help get the best medical care that will help you. You won’t be disappointed with her. I am so happy my Thyroid issues are under her medical expertise and care. Thank you Dr. Moid!!

It is almost impossible to get an appointment. If/when they call you back (expect that you will have to make at least three calls to them before even given the opportunity to schedule an appointment) you will be told that she is booking at least three months out. And you will be given only one available time slot three months out. If that date and time do not work for you, oh well. Don't waste your time. Find another doctor.

I have called upto 2 days just to get an appointment, the phone rings and no one answers it and return your message 2 days later. They say they are going to call you back and they never do. She needs a better staff and nurse.
