SAD!!! After waiting over a year for an appointment. I was devastated. First let me say, I was very well treated bythe young doctor (fellow?) that seems to work under Dr. Oliver. He was very professional and displayed great bedside manner But when Dr. Oliver entered the room she was brutally judgemental, rude and cold. Apparently she didn't look at my medical records since she didn't know my medical history and symptoms! She constantly interrupted me as I attempted to speak. My appointment was scheduled for an hour to be 90 Minutes, she was in and out in less than 10 minutes. She treated me as if I was lying about my illness/ symptoms, which hurt me to the core, as I just accepted my diagnose! She was so rude and condescending. She didn't even exhibit the basic kindness and courteous that one human being displays towards another. I literally sat there with my mouth open. The young male doctor tried to intervene, but she over talked him! In my 60 years, I have never been treated so… poorly by anyone, nevertheless a physician, that has sworn to ”do no harm”. Unfortunately, for me, after this experience, I haven't been to a physician in over a year and a half. Please Choose carefully...

I HAVE BEEN UNDER DR. OLIVER'S CARE FOR ABOUT 7 YEARS. I HAVE HAD NO CONCERNS REGARDING HER CARE OF MY PSORIATIC ARTHRITIS. I FIND HER TO BE VERY KNOWLEDGABLE, I AM ALWAYS AT EASE SPEAKING WITH HER AND I FIND HER TO BE A CARING PHYSICIAN. THE STAFF IS VERY KIND AND COURTEOUS. I AM BLESSED TO HAVE HER CARE FOR ME. T. HORRIBLE. Waited 14 MONTHS for an appointment. Was very happy with the young doctor that seems to work under Dr. Oliver. But when she entered the room she was instantly judgemental and cold, refused to look at the medical history papers I'd brought and constantly interrupted when I was speaking. My appointment was supposed to be 90 minutes but was only 10. She was not only unhelpful but treated me as if I was something to scrape off the bottom of her shoe. No compassion or bedside manner. If you have a choice of a different Rheumatologist, definitely choose anyone other than Dr. Oliver.

I found Dr. Oliver to be very pleasant and willing to listen to my problems. I highly recommend her. The only reason I did not rate her any higher in the diagnosis column is because it took some time to figure out how to treat all my different forms of arthritis without a lot of different drugs.

I highly recommend Dr. Oliver if you are looking for a rheumatologist. I never have a hard time getting in to see her. She always calls back when I have problems or need a prescription. She is truly the best.

I had my first visit with Dr Oliver and was pleased with her friendliness and attention to my problems. I also would give an 8 to the waiting time.

She is not concerned about her patients. She will not return your calls. I have been going there two years and have gotten worse. I think I am being misdiagnosis.

Dr. Oliver was courteous and professional she spent a great deal of time discussing my condition with me. I felt much better about my treatment after seeing her. I highly recommend her.

Dr. Alyce Oliver only sees patients who have insurance. If you are able to self-pay you are out of luck too. Apparently, she is a biased, selfish ghoul. Would not recommend her to anyone!!!
