Office does return calls or follow up

Dr Magrini is fine. My complaint is calling in. The answering office is NOT located in there office. I call for appt or other and have several times been on hold for over 20 min. Leave a message & no one calls you back! Ask them to fax info to other doctors & they can’t find it! Very unorganized & incompetent office staff.

My only complaint is that I feel like I’m being profiled by Dr. Amanda Magrini. I’ve been drug tested twice while under her care. Im an older gal, and have never been drug tested by my primary physician prior to seeing her. I find it disturbing and uncalled for. I have nothing to hide. Yet she continues to surprise me with drug tests. Also, she is rather disconnected. She never listens to my heart or lays her hands on me. Her assistants constantly remind me of how they fear her losing her medical license for prescribing me chronic pain medications. It’s ridiculous. I don’t deserve to be treated with such disregard and disrespect. I believe my appearance is the issue. I’m a 58 year old gal who parts her hair down the middle. I guess that automatically makes me a drug addict. My ex boyfriend who also sees her has NEVER been drug tested. I find this to be disturbing.

Every time I have called for an appointment I'm not able to get through the appointment desk. The call goes to voicmail and no one calls me back. Same with my prescription Costco and I have been calling/faxing for days and not able to get a refill request completed.

She is a wonderful dr she even came and visited me at renoun hospital after delivering my baby she is the family practice for my hole family my husband and all my kids she saw my daughter ever since she was 1 day old. I have a conic pain disease she is very compassionate and helps with the emotional stress pain can bring. She has helped me threw my illness and listens to you, as you talk not just types on key board like all the other new drs. Im very happy to have found her and will never switch. Shes also easy to talk to about everything not just about health issues cause she is like a friend not just a dr a shoulder to cry on or a friend to laugh with.
