Dr. Amante N Decastro, MD

I went to this Dr in 2014 for a tubal ligation. When I arrived at the hospital I never even see the Dr (Before or After surgery). Nurses had no clue what was going on and neither did I. Dr made a C-Section like incision unlike the modern way through the belly button in which the nurses mentioned that I had staples but nope. My incision was glued and had the little white tape strips. Sorry for the TMI, In Docs words " you could have all the sex you want now" is what was told to me at my follow up appt. Then 6 months after my tubal ligation I end up pregnant. I had twins. Staff is really rude and inconsiderate. Overall bad experience!!

Dr. DeCastro was my ob/gyn. I had a miscarriage in my first trimester. This doctor dictated that I stay in the hospital for 3 days; during which time he made no attempt to see me; no attempt to follow up; instead I was prodded and poked by physicians I did not know. This man, that I trusted, showed no compassion, no empathy.

I think he is great, he has been my OBGYN for as long as I can remember and he also delivered my baby. He takes care of his patients!!

I really dislike this doctor. He doesn't even check you right or with patients. He checks you in less then 3 minutes! Then your out. Doesn't do all check ups nessesary. I highly dont recomend this doctor at all! Horrible experince

He turned down someone who is required to have a c-section. He told that patient that he can no longer be thier doctor at 38 almost 39 weeks and cancelled the c-section.
