Dr. Amber Suzanne Ciarvella, PAC

It has been an absolute nightmare dealing with Amber since day one. My father was hospitalized for about 3 weeks and had a GI tube placed. When it came time to have it removed, we were told by Amber’s office that he would need to establish care with her first, then we would come up with a plan to have the tube removed. Well, at the first appt, Amber said “we weren’t the ones who put it in, so were not taking it out” I pushed to get somewhere I could call to get the process started for my father and was given a phone number to the nurse’s floor at the hospital??? I explained what was going on, and thankfully the nurse was able to look deeper into my father’s file and explained that there were three providers working my dad’s case the day it was ordered. Any of them could request to have it removed and AMBER WAS ONE OF THE THREE PROVIDERS! A whole appt was wasted when turned out all Amber needed to do was put in a request to have the tube removed. I called almost everyday and left… multiple messages and could never get a hold of Amber or her MA. To this day I am waiting for a call back from them and my father’s tube was removed elsewhere! Amber and her staff are a joke and have absolutely no compassion and are not willing to even give a simple update. We will never go back.
