He really takes the time to listen to you . He genuinely wants to help . He diagnosed me properly . I do feel like we can collaborate together and come up with a good plan for me . He responds in a timely manner . Also it so easy to book appointments with him . It is everything I could ask for .

Dr. Smajkic has been my grandson's psychiatrist for many years. he has helped him deal with ADHD and more recently with bipolar disorder. He is now 21 and on medication that keeps him level and moving forward with his life. I strongly recommend Dr. Smajkic

Dr Smajkic takes time on my every appointment. He listen and always give me good advice how to manage my depression , anxiety together with my prescribed medication. I would recommend Dr Smajkic if you suffer with mental health.

Was hesitant at first, but Dr Smajkic is very understanding of the needs of the patient as well as the patients family. We’re hopeful and optimistic about the treatment protocol and process that Dr Smajkic has recommended. He is very good doctor that takes time and work with his patient. He tries to help his patient in any way he can with medications, emotional support and other things they need. I would not like to change him.

They NEVER return calls even after leaving multiple messages and emails. This is so unprofessional and shady. The reviews must be FAKE!! Beware people!!

Med eval second opinion sought: Did a very lazy intake on patient and casually prescribed meds at a dose that had previously had drastic consequences. Was told we were seeking out of network reimbursement. Initial receipt provided was PAYPAL!!! Second and third attempts provided Tax ID from the WRONG PRACTICE. Fee was $450 for eval.

i think he has everything you can possibly need in a doctor. Through my ups and downs, he has always been available and flexible. i feel that i can RELY on him. What more can you need in a doctor ? Plus, you don't need to call and deal with an assistant to schedule an appointment. You do it online and you can monitor the calendar when you want to check any cancellations. He listens, provides advice and comes up with a diagnosis carefully but surely. He is firm when needed and extremely cautious about safety, always giving you the necessary warnings. He makes you feel it's a teamwork and does not have the know-it-all attitude of many doctors. He's is pretty well informed/experienced about trauma too. The funniest and amazing thing is that it's a psychiatrist that dislikes meds, not at all the type to over-medicate you. i think it's awesome because he recommends what's right, not just to keep you coming back for meds adjustments. if he thinks therapy helps you more, he will just say so.
