Amit Goyal, MD, FACC wants all patients of Premier Cardiovascular Institute to understand that plaque build-up can affect almost all parts of the body. Most people are aware of blockages in the heart blood vessels which lead to heart attacks or chest discomfort. When the arteries going to the arms, legs, kidneys and brain get blocked, it can lead to arm or leg pain, difficult to control blood pressure or strokes. He specializes in opening up arteries in all of these areas so that our patients can enjoy and live their lives to the fullest. Dr. Amit Goyal graduated summa cum laude from Pennsylvania State University and went on to graduate magna cum laude from the Jefferson Medical College of Thomas Jefferson University, Philadelphia.

Dr. Goyal takes care of my husband & I. Dr. Goyal does a fantastic job & will always have our respect. Dr. Goyal always answers questions and takes time out for his patients. Dr. Goyal is a excellent heart Dr. We won't go to anyone else. His staff is fantastic. We appreciate you Dr. Goyal & staff.

We were lucky to find Dr. Goyal following a most unexpected 5-way bypass surgery. He is thorough, kind, compassionate and very knowledgeable. He explains things in detail and makes a patient feel secure and cared for. I would highly recommend him.

Dr. Goyal is extremely thorough and very easy to talk with as is his nurse. He takes time with his patients and exudes a confident knowledge about any issues or concerns.

He might be a good doctor but the staff was very poor. Doctor ordered a prompt test but the staff refused to schedule it promptly as they were to lazy to get an approval from my insurance. What good is any doctor if his staff wont follow his orders?

I have been a patient for a number of years. He has assured that my cardiac heath is monitored and maintained. Very good surgeon. He has my full confidence and respect.

I consider Dr. Goyal a competant, skilled cardiologist and he's a member of a good team with excellent connections in Cardiovascular Medicine. His staff is knowlegeable and caring. I feel that they're responsible for my good health today.
