Dr. Goswami genuinely cares for his patients and takes time to discuss all issues I have. He and Jacob, the NALU representative, implanted a neurostimulation system in my back to treat severe shoulder pain in 2024. The system has exceeded my expectations, alleviating my shoulder and neck pain (which also was causing me headaches) to almost zero. The range of motion for my shoulder has also returned to full function. I am very appreciative of the follow-up, care and concern shown by both Dr. Goswami and Jacob.
