DR. ALMAKKEE IS VERY CARING. HE LISTENS TO YOU AND ENGAGES FULLY TO FIND THE BEST TREATMENT AND CARE FOR YOU. HE WILL WORK WITH YOU ON EVERY LEVEL. VERY GRATEFUL TO HIM AND FOR HIM. NOT ONLY IS HE VERY KIND, HE IS ALSO EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE.

The best doctor

Has been very concerned and worked to take care of my needs.

My wife and I care for my wheel chair bound and disabled mother and father-in-law who live in our home. Dr. Almakkee has been their primary care physician for over a year, and is obviously aware of her disabling stroke and his COPD. I work full time and my wife part time. I recently needed a letter stating that my mother in law was disabled and lived with us. Although he is aware of both of these facts, for some unexplained reason he was only willing to state that I "claim to provide care". There is nobody else but my wife and I, and I wonder who he thinks takes care of them when my wife is working. He would not state her or my father in law's conditions, or help me out in any other way. This is as inexplicable as it is outrageous. So now I am left with finding a new doctor to examine her and provide the letter, so that I can miss another jury duty reschedule (this time for work, last time for homecare) in order to keep my job. Dr. Almakkee is cold and uncaring...bordering on… heartless. Stay away from this 'doctor' because he does not care a twig about the well being of your family.
