I am back to my normal condition - I had severe low back and leg pain. DR BADAWY made the correct diagnlosis and performed Epidural injection and fit me in a lumbar supportive back brace. Now My pain is 2/10 and I am fully functional. I feel great with no need for major back surgery.

We did not understand it, but the seed of fear was now planted in my wife. She had to walk on eggshells so she would not prompt aggression from him. We had to play the de-escalation game. The next visit it was worse. There are limited available physicians with our insurance, so we put our heads down and tried to do whatever we were told and still try to get him to maintain the type of care she needs. My wife left the office in literal tears because she felt so belittled by his treatment in addition to feeling hurt, scared, unheard and uncared for. We tried to talk softly, respectfully and without conflict yet it was not enough for him. He continued with his previous attitude and demeanor except even worse. This time he told her she required more than he wanted to deal with, and he did not care if he was her last hope. He said he refuses to help her. This destroyed my wife. I must put a side not in that my wife has mental disabilities which he was fully aware of. I tried to speak on my wife's behalf because she was emotionally distraught. He got upset and kicked me out. I understood and did not take it personally. It ends up he used that time with my wife to be more aggressive and demeaning to her while I WAS NOT THERE. I am called back to wheel her out because we are kicked out. I carefully push my wife because her wheelchair is wide. We are at the front door halfway out and the medical assistant runs out from the back aggressively and yells at us to hurry up. Claiming we broke things. A patient in the waiting room told her we did not, she continued to approach aggressively until we were out the door. Dr Amr Badawy and his medical assistant need patient treatment training. He treated us like we were ignorant little girls. We have never felt so belittled and degraded, uncared for and rejected. I almost feel guilty for being who I am as a woman, is it because of me my wife is in this situation?
