Dr. Amr Ali Nayel, MD

I chose him as my primary care from my insurance portal. I had been in his office here it is my experience: I was took the blood work from his nurse without not seeing him. I wait two hours to see him. I told the lady from front desk that I have to leave that I had an important appointment. The so call doctor was available immediately. All he wanted to send me to do a mammography. Because he was not competent to ask question or to understand why I was there. When my results for blood work took by nurse. He called me to tell me that I don't have COVID-19 which was not the reason I was there. I was trying to discuss with him about my issue over the phone but he schedules a second appointment to see me. The second time I was there to see this so call doctor, in a small waiting room where 10 people no social distance after I wait 1 hour I just left. I am disgusted about my visits to this INCOMPETENT doctor.

Dr Nayel is good but the staff are no good and they always do not answering the phones and lies a lot

I've been Doctor Amr's patient for quite some time now and every time I go it's a pleasant experience. He is extremely knowledgeable and genuinely cares about his patients. I recently moved out of town and switched doctors for convenience, but quickly switched back. I don't mind making the 1+ hour commute any time I need a physical or just a check-up because I know I'll be in good hands.

This doctor is unprofessional, he shares personal information with his other patience as well as his front desk secretary. This doctor can get very unprofessional very fast, and very personal and when you ask him to do his job only he gets rude. I’m no longer a patient. I ignore his office calls, he contacted me on Facebook.

Dr. Nayel is just an extremely talented, generous, nice person to be see and visit.

I live in Manhattan and I go all the way to Asoria to see Doctor Amr. His staff are very helpful, friendly and easy to deal with. They always call with test results at no chage, not like other doctors who made me go to their office to obtain a copy of any test result so I will have to pay as visit. The doctor is VERY professionel, caring, knowledgable & experienced. He truly cares about his patients!!! if you wait a long time just because either he has an emergency or he is busy which proves what a great doctor he is, plus this is New York, any doctor you go to you have to spend at least couple of hours in their office. I hate it, but just the way it is unfortunately. Dr. Amr definitely a doctor I will recomend to anyone.

This place stinks and unprofessional. I choose this PCP because he was close to where I live, but it was a terrible choice. Believe or not, I've waited for over 2hours and 20 minutes. No one even came to explain or say anything. I see stuff wandering around hanging out with each other, not caring about the waiting area crowded with patients. I saw a few patients complain and leave frustrated after a long wait. I was trying to be patient ... but after two hours, i decided it was ridiculous. got my paperwork ripped it and left. Reminded me of the service of one of those third world countries. I'd suggest to anyone to look for another place.

I had the best experience with Dr. Nayel he is a knowledgable caring doctor. the staff are ok, they are just very busy. i highly recommend this office to anyone.

The office manager doesn't care about anyone. The doctor has no time to see patients, waiting 1 month for appointment and 1 hour once in the office is common. Dr.Singh is a better choice in the area.
