Dr. Amy Shah

Although the paperwork was long- I liked seeing someone that has a integrative approach to allergy and immune system.

I have been seeing Dr. Amy Shah for over five years. She took the time to listen to my concerns and help me create a plan of action to lessen and diminish my allergy symptoms. Her plan to help my breathing related to allergy induced asthma has left me breathing better than ever! Dr. Shah and her staff are amazing!!!

I looked through many doctors and after collecting information I felt that Dr. Amy Shah would be a good fit for me. I called the Glendale office and spoke to Julie with the front desk for scheduling. She was short, rude, and seemed that she just wanted to get the call over with. She even went as far as talking to someone else while I was giving her my personal information. Never have I seen someone so careless and ignorant in all of my years of going to doctors. While Dr. Amy Shah may be a great doctor, I will never know because I chose not to go through with my appointment due to the lack of respect the front desk showed me.

Before visiting Dr. Amy Shah, I suffered from more than 5 sinus infections each year. I came to the Valley ENT office because I wanted to see if sinus surgery was necessary. It turns out that my allergies triggered the infections. I immediately began cluster immunotherapy. I am happy to say that I no longer take daily medication, nor have I had an infection in the last 18 months!

I came to Dr. Shah for severe seasonal allergies especially burning in my eyes. After completing the series of injections I have had no further problems with my eyes. Dr. Shah is great with her patients and answers all questions and concerns.

Outstanding service by both Doctor and staff. She is my recently acquired allergy doctor. Having had allergy shots for over thirty years involving about 4 allergy doctors, I know the difference. Some were good and some were not. Doctor Shah is one of the best if not the best. Her staff is polite and knowledgeable as is she. A good attitude and a pleasant demeanor from her go a long way. She knows her profession and introduced me to the cluster approach to allergy shots. It seems to have worked VERY WELL as I have had no problems with allergies this season while others, even those who get shots are suffering terribly. I AM NOT. I credit it to her skill. Her assistants are professional and like her, friendly and easy to work with. I really can't suggest how she could run her business any better! ITS GREAT!

Dr. Shah is very welcoming and asks questions that really pertain to your problem. Then she listens to you. That in itself is important in today's medical world. Then she asks more questions that pertain to what you have just said and consequently gets to the crux of the matter quickly. She discusses the options with you carefully and when you leave you have the feeling that she honestly cares.

I really appreciate Dr. Shah. I am not an easy patient because I react so easily to meds and everything. But the Doctor is very helpful and does everything that she can to help me medically and I can't tell you how much I appreciate that. Some doctors would just give up and not care, but she does not and that really means alot to me. She is the best.
