Dr. Amy Catherine Kowalski, MD

My son has seen Dr. Kowalski from birth and she has helped tremendously over the years. I would recommend Dr. Kowalski to any parent. Sometimes the wait is long, but I don't mind the wait because I know I will get the care my son deserves.

My daughter never liked Dr. Kowalski from the start. I gave Dr. Kowalski the benefit of the doubt. Now I wish I would have listened to my daughters intuition. Dr. Kowalski did not want to fill her prescriptions, because she refused to believe my daughter had a problem, after she was diagnosed by another doctor. She also ordered $1200.00 worth of tests for my daughter without my authorization and she was a minor. I was not at the appointment nor was I contacted. How despicable!!!!

The staff at this office is always friendly and always helpful. We have to wait longer than I'd like sometimes, but they are constantly packed beyond capacity and I consider it a small price to pay to see an amazing doctor. Dr. Nair is great, too. Dr. Gorman ordered expensive, unncessary, painful tests for my daughter at age 3 and treated me like a stupid teenager, so I refuse to see her - but the rest of the practice is perfect.Dr. Kowalski has saved the life of not one, but TWO of my premature children. She diagnosed problems the hospital and NICU missed. She has been my doctor of choice since 2000 and I will never change. She is ALWAYS willing to fit all 4 of my children in for a sick appointment, in the middle of her day, at my first request. She's willing to listen and will stay with me to address my concerns for as long as necessary.Dr. Kowalski is a life saver. She's an amazing woman and an amazing doctor. My children love her - and I do, too!
