As a cancer patient in remission from cancer itself but suffering issues with the long term side effects of radiation and chemo I can count on her to provide whatever treatments are available to best help me cope with anything that comes up. And believe me things come up. From a warm hug to an appointment with a dentist I can count on her to open up the right doors and words cannot convey how much this appreciated!!!

I'm copy and pasting here the letter which I sent to dr case. Its self explanatory & gives you incite into the type of Dr she is. Hi Amy This is dave tompkins & I'm writing to extend a special thank you for our meeting a few weeks ago ,not sure exactly as this has been on my to do list for way to long but I did have oral surgery w/ the removal of 5 teeth & closing the hole that went from my mouth into my sinus cavity which sidelined me for a week or so.Anyways hopefully you still remember me. This is just to let you know that the kindnesses showed to me that day were truly deeply appreciated.Talked me off the window ledge kind of appreciation which words fall short on. It was the 1st time I walked out of one of those meetings feeling better about my life ,rather than worse in at least a couple of years so the timing could not have been better!!! I'm sure your busy so I'll close this. Just wanted to be sure you knew that your actions really made a difference & that I'm more thankful… than I can express here. Sincerely Dave

Having Cancer is NOT a joy. There are struggles beyond medical treatments. The physiological effects are felt by yourself and loved ones. Dr. Amy Case LISTENED to me, I felt safe. All of her staff, from checking in to reviewing health records were outstanding and very professional.

A note to share what a wonderful experience Dr. Case has given me. As a chronically ill patient I have found that the care and understanding Dr. Case has provided to me has been enormously helpful. Working through the use of medications to the personal conversations about staying well she has been an integral part of my healthcare. I'm so lucky to have her as part of my team!

Dr. case went above and beyond for my father. He had incurable pancreatic cancer. Dr. case was the one doctor he looked forward to seeing most on his visits to Roswell. It must be extremely difficult dealing with patients at the most vulnerable time of their life and Dr. Case does it with ease. So thankful for doctors like her.

Dr. Case was my father's palliative doctor during his battle with head and neck cancer 4 years ago, and most recently with his battle with pancreatic cancer. I cannot emphasize enough how fortunate we were to have her in our corner. She was an incredible advocate for my father as a patient, and was extremely transparent with her medical opinion. She managed my father's pain amazingly and gave him incredible quality of life for his last 3 months with us that we will always be grateful for. I can't say enough good things about her.

Dr. Case not only provided excellent care to my loved one- she was there for the family. Honest, compassionate and professional. It's a horrible experience to lose your loved one- and we have no doubt he received the best care from Dr. Case. Always available, always concerned and in our opinion- she is simply the best.

Amy came into our lives during a critical time when our Dad was very ill. Her compassionate care for her patients is second to none. I would not hesitate to recommend her for your palliative care needs. She is truly remarkable and someone I would trust with a loved one.

If I could give a 0 rating I would. Unprofessional and very pompous. Working with patients in this type of environment you would think she would have a more caring attitude. She does not listen to her patients and I would not recommend her to treat anyone, not even an animal. She is the reason why doctors get such a bad reputation sometimes. Not pleased with her professionalism, or a lack there of nor her treatment methods. She should have her license taken away.
