Office staff is terrible. They do not return phone calls in a timely manner. When they do get around to calling several weeks later they are not able to assist you. Dr. Pappert spends very little time with the patient.

My first visit was favorable but after receiving some cream to remedy the problem with no results I called back to arrange a biopsy. I called three times and no one called back to arrange an appointment. i got a biopsy somewhere else and it confirmed what i was told it was not during my first appointment. i then had to cancel my 3 day patch test for travel reasons and called 7 times and still never got a confirmation that it was cancelled. The individuals that arrange cancellations and call the patient back to confirm the cancellation are either overworked or incompetent. i will not recommend their services again.

Dr. Pappert did absolutely nothing to address the facial cyst that I have. She only said "it doesn't look that bad. If I try to remove it, it might leave a scar. I think we should let nature take its course. Wish I could be more of a help." She had an assisting doctor who is extremely young and inexperienced who brought in 3 students to observe my visit. After doing nothing in the 5 minutes Dr. Pappert spent with me, her teenage-looking assisting doctor gave me a useless prescription for over-the-counter benzoyl peroxide (which does nothing for cysts) and had the nerve to ask for a follow appointment in 3 months. Follow up for what?...so she can be paid again to observe how nature took its course? Wow! Stay away from this one and I sure hope those students learn from worst practices.

I've been seeing Dr. Pappert for over 10 years. She is friendly, concerned, a good doctor and so on and so forth. Best dermatologist I've ever seen. There are occasional minor problems with contacting her office, but it's really not that much trouble and well worth it anyway.

Dr. Pappert is okay but that entire office leaves much to be desired. I've had severe eczema since childhood so I've seen a few dermatologists. RWJ is undoubtedly the worst I've experienced. I can never get anyone on the phone and it takes DAYS to get my prescription refilled. The worst healthcare provider in the state of New jersey has to be the office's PA. I saw her twice before demanding to see Dr. Pappert because my skin was going from bad to worse under the useless PA's care. I'm making plans to move to another dermatologist because I'm tired of getting the run-around at RWJ. If you have a moderate to severe skin disorder, look elsewhere for care.

She not only takes the time to listen to what ails you it makes you feel normal. I have a rare skin condition and after seeing multiple dermatologists, I was skeptical about another opinion. The wait to see her was minimal, and she made me feel like I wasn't crazy. She heard everything I had to say, and has been helping me reach homeostasis ever since. She really has been my Dr. House! I love her and all her staff. They are so accommodating.

She tried puting me and my wife on antipsychotic medication for a skin condition! This woman is dangerous and should have her license taken away immediately!

Dr. Pappert is a wonderful caring doctor with a great personality.

Dr. Pappert was very knowlegeable, personable, kind and compassionate. She accompanied a student doctor and patiently explained my condition to her and then asked me if I had any questions.
