My appointment was for 3:20. By 3:55 i was still waiting to see the Dr. 35 mins. They have absolutely no regard for a patients dignity nor time. Then, after paying the $125 upfront which i was told in advance includes the removal of 15 skin tags, the nurse comes by and tells me i have to pay another $155 on top of that. All of this….. while the Dr still has not even seen me or said hi. When i asked to see the manager i was told that he will phone me at 4:15. Big surprise, that never happened either…….. Seriously people, don't waste your time and money at Graham Dermatology in Mebane. They don't care about their patients at al.

Mis-diagnosed three times by Ana Benitez-Graham. This caused me a lot of pain, distress, and money. On my second visit, she read somebody else's chart and thought it was mine. She introduced herself to me again and said I must have seen Dr. Wada on my previous visit. I understand that you can forget patients but read MY chart before you talk to me. Went to another clinic and they diagnosed my condition correct the first time and treated the problem. I really don't understand how she is getting good ratings on this site and horrible on others.

Twice my appointment has been cancelled because of either someone being out or overbooking. This has caused me an inconvenience because I have put in to get off work and then get a call that the appointment is cancelled. Very disappointed in this providers scheduling practices.

Dr. Graham was so kind and professional at a scary time in my life. I had an atypical growth on the bottom of my foot. With the wonderful assistance from her P.A. Kelly, Dr. Graham performed a resection on my foot, competely removing my growth, which was thankfully benign. Her staff was also wonderful and so caring and supportive.
