Dr. Analisa Arosemena, MD

Terrible experience with this doctor. She lacks empathy, tolerance and social skills with her patience. My elderly mother which unfortunately is a patient since Leon medical center deals with Aran Eye center cane out of our consultation with extreme anxiety and frustration caused by this doctor. I do not recommend her in any way shape or form. Horrible experience and I will be reporting her to doctor board , better business bureau , Florida health dept and any and all places that will listen.

Dra Analisa operated my eye when she should not. I went to Aran because my optometrist told me that I need to be checked by an oftalmologist . When I see Dra Analisa she said that I need surgery for cataract. After the surgery my eye was in much worst condition. She say that I need to wait a couple of weeks. After four weeks I still was not able to see. On my last visit she said that I will never see again for that eye and the other was bad and I should not drive, not work, that I was disabled. We asked her why she operated on me if she now thinks I will never see again and she replied “just to try to give me a small chance to see a little more”. She traumatized me saying I will not see again. We quickly made an appointment with Bascom Palmer eye institute. When the Dr at Bascom Palmer checkes my eyes she said I should not have had surgery till I saw an eye neurologist oftalmology and referred me immediately, after I see the Neurooftalmologist he ordered MRI and he refereed me to a neurosurgery in less than a week I was having surgery. Dr said that how can Dr Analisa operate on my eye. That she should not operate me without a release from a Neurologist. I almost died just because the iresposability of Dra Analisa and her ambition to operate to get paid without taking consideration on the risk of her patients. She is a danger! Unscrupulous and unethical.

She did eye surgery on my grandma and she told her that she would be blind for life but when she went to another doctor they preformed the surgery and she could see again,she to be more profesional.

Nunca había visto un "profesional" tan grocera, los títulos se le subieron a la cabeza, es altanera te hace sentir que te está regalando la consulta cuando se la estás pagando Cash ni te mira a la cara cuando le hablas y hablando del pago te dicen por tlf que la consulta está entre los 150 y 280 y cuando sales de la consulta te cobran más de 300 dólares. Trata de no darte toda la información que pides para que vayas a otra consulta y no vale la pena que lleves exámenes que recién te hicieron porque obligada te los quieren repetir ahí "claro son como 700$" En conclusión tiene muchos títulos y especialidades pero no le enseñaron humildad.

Mi nombre es Lidia Acosta..,por mucho tiempo he sido atendida por la Dra Arosemena con mucha paciencia y sobretodo con mucho amor..., me realizo una cirugía de glaucoma con excelente resultado...!!! y me salvo la visión a pesar de lo malito que tenía mi ojo.. Puedo decir que es una “GRAN OFTALMOLOGA Y ESPECIALISTA EN GLAUCOMA”....!!!!

I took my father in law to an appointment with Dr Arosemena. Bad overall experience. Two hours waiting until he was taken to a room where a tech with limited bedside manners took his eye pressure. We where then taken to another waiting room for about 45 minutes. I could hear someone talking very loud to a patient about his condition. Every single detail. No privacy. Finally I realized it was Dr Arosemena when we were taken to a room and she came in. No introduction . Very loud and and rude. I introduce myself and asked her a couple of questions. She acted irritated. I have over 40 years in the health field. I'm not a doctor but I am educated and expected a detailed answer. She again avoided me and finally turned and said " he always comes with someone different." Her mannerism was very aggressive . I kind of felt sorry for her patients. She might be a great eye doctor but needs to work on her approach and bedside manners. Non existent.

I LOVE DR. AROSEMENA! shes amazing! i'm so young to have glaucoma and ive always lost hope of it getting better, but once I was led to this amazing doctor, i've automatically put my trust into her suggestions. I love her so much. May God Bless her! If anyone really wants a doctor that cares for them and wants the best for their eye care, go to her. She'll never let you down. Best Glaucoma Specialist by far. If you read this Dr. Arosemena, it's me Nouha Natour! Hahahaha, god bless. :)

She performed Cataract and Trabeculectomy on my left eye and the results were a success. "I'm no longer on eye medication". She is a highly skilled professional and a wonderful person. God Bless Her!

Not only is Dr Arosemena a wonderful ophtalmologist, she is an awesome woman with a heart of gold.Definately recommended!!

She treated my grandmother and was incredible. Very patient and explained everything precisely. I highly recommend her!

She's the best!!...she's so energetic...explains what's your problem, really tries or does follow your treatment. Cares about her patients. Tries to give you the best prescription according to your budget...I really highly recommend her.

i first visited Dr Arosemena with an emergency (severe pain in my eye). after this she has treated me for eyelashes growing into my eye and for cataracts. The doctor has always been very accesible and now treats me and my husband. we are very happy with her
