Dr. Diokno is definitely one of the U.S. ELITE UROLOGISTS ! When 5 other urologists could NOT determine my problem (and my pharmacist WARNED ME to stop taking all these anti-biotics they prescribed: OR my kidneys & brain would be permanently damaged) Dr. Ananias Diokno: FOUND my health dilemma after listening to my symptoms. Without a doubt: Dr. Diokno 'saved my life' WHY his peers at Beaumont Hospital selected him to become William Beaumont Hospital Vice President & Chief Medical Officer until 2013. Thank God: HE still remains in practice, doing surgeries and NIH research at Beaumont Hospital. If you live in Michigan: Dr. Ananias Diokno is literally a: SAINT !

Dr. Diokno has been patient and studious about finding my problems and solving them, is friendly and assesses my personality and ability to help solve my problems, and is superior in his medical skill. I've come to love him--no matter how many years go by between exams, he always remembers me.

the problem lies in the fact that if you have IC- you want to go to dr. diokno since your options are limited and he is one of the best within the area. THe problem is that you can never get in- his office hours are a joke for working people with little to no access and they LOVE to triple and quadruple book appt's each and every day they are open. You have an extremely difficult job getting prescriptions that have expired refilled because you need to have an appt. coming up. But back to the old problem that you cant make an appt because they are almost never available after 3:30pm (which i think is not that late in the day!!!) Its just, if not more, exasperating than the disease!!!
