Dr. Fyntrilakis and her staff always treats me with genuine kindness and respect. I'm asked, "What brought you in today?" "Are you in pain", etc. Dr. Fyntrilakis is always very thoroughreviews my last visit with me, she looks through my chart, prescriptions, prior test etc. If there are "Shots" availableCovid, flu, pneumonia, she always reviews the health benefits, gives her recommendations. She NEVER has made me feel "less than" or "guilty", if I chose to not have a shot, or want to wait. At the end of my appointment, Dr. Fyntrilakis always asks if I have any questions or need anything else.

If there were higher ratings, these folks would get them! Dr. Fyntrilakis is by far the best PCP that I've ever had. All of the staff are absolutley wonderful.
