I must admit when I had my appointment it was fast and quick, nothing really too it. However, post appointment I am beyond disappointed. I called the office at 8:55am to ask about my results for an ultrasound that my doctor had ordered. And the nurse/receptionist said hold on, as if she was going to read off my results and mentions that Dr. Anat Zelmanovich had to deliver my results. That was fine, but the issue was the fact that I’ve waited all day and called nearly four times to find out when I should expect a call back but reception was no help. When you sign up to see a doctor you put your trust in the hands of that professional and their team. When customer service is not a priority and the team seems to not care that is a huge issue. Even if the team could not get back to me, there is no reason to have a patient waiting for 11 hours and no phone call, email or follow up period. Honestly, I’m used to my doctors caring and this is not what I get from this team. Be… careful looking at the reviews for this office as at the end of your appointment you are prompted to leave a rating. Wish I would have know... truly disappointment in Dr. Anat Zelmanovich and her team.

Great bedside manner, attentive, good listener and overall empathetic to my my experience and my needs.

DR Zelmanovich delivered my son and took care of my wife during her pregnancy. I don't have enough words to describe what a wonderful Doctor she is. She was always available, everything was done with a smile, patience and professionalism. During the delivery Dr Z came right away and was with us during the whole thing coaching us and taking care of my wife. We had a wonderful healthy baby boy all thanks to DR Z.

Dr. Zelmanovich took the time to carefully answer all my questions without making me feel rushed, and was very knowledgeable. She made me feel comfortable in her care and is clearly very up to speed on developments in her field. I'm so glad I found her!

Dr Anat delivered my second child, from our first encounter she's been nothing but the best, I knew she was a keeper cause on my first appointment she actually listen.. Hard quality to find with doctors these days especially GYNs..THE ABSOLUTE BEST

Was examined today in Hackensack location and well satisfied with my visit. Very cordial and understanding and hope to see her yearly.. It is hard to find a good OB doctor in NJ

The doctor is a pleasant woman who seems to care about her patients. If I were just reviewing her skills & service, the rating would be 5 stars. Unfortunately, an annual visit was miscoded, so I had to pay for a routine insured procedure. I tried 3 times to speak with the office manager, but the call was not returned. I gave up, deciding it made more sense to pay the bill than to continue to call since no one was going to call me back. They also did not respond to a request for a referral for a mammogram from a radiology office, so I couldn't get a mammogram. I'll have to find another doctor.
