Dr. Andre Latrice Scott, MD

Dr. Scott is an amazing surgeon!!! He is everything that every doctor should be. He, along with his office staff, have always treated my family & I with the utmost professionalism, dignity, compassion & always provided excellent bedside manner and medical care. Dr. Scott took great care of two of family members during their colon cancer and hernia repair surgeries. Throughout the entire processes, Dr. Scott was willing to answer questions and address concerns thoroughly. My family received the upmost care from Dr. Scott during their hospital stay. He provided the best post surgery care during follow-up appointments. After returning home, Dr. Scott checked in with us through personal calls. He genuinely cares about the well being of his patients. I highly recommend Dr. Andre Scott!

On my recent trip to the emergency room, I met Dr. Scott who was consulted to perform my surgery. Dr. Scott explained the procedure throughly which gave me such peace knowing that I would be in good hands. Dr. Scott was very knowledgeable and patient. I would highly recommend Dr. Scott to anyone.

I appreciate the companionate manner of Dr. Andre Scott. I felt better every time I saw him. He was a good listener and never rushed me out of his office. He gave me call-backs to check on me whenever I had a problem. I am getting better every day as a result of his medical care.

First I would like to thank Dr. Scott for preforming my surgery when I ended up with a iliostomy bag. Now for months afterwards I continued to get dehydrated and put off breath until the doctor's find out that the surgeon cut me too short and have me short bowel syndrome I want receiving and nutrition at all. Dr. Scott did the surgery. From that I had a heart attack, kidney failure and had to go on TPN I lost much weight I felt as of I was going to die. I'm very thankful for God's Mercy and grace that saw me through and I'm making it. I lost my job from this because I didn't have the strength. So Dr. Scott please be more careful when you operate on someone you destroyed a lot of time I had left to work. I thank God for his love and the mind to forgive but you never checked on me after that. I'm glad my surgeon was back in town and took GREAT CARE OF ME until it was time of my reversal. I'm healing out has been a long road and I wish this on NO ONE GOD please have mercy for Dr Scott… please guide his hands so this mistake won't happen to anyone else. I will not recommend him for the surgery but he did know what needed to be done, so thank you got your knowledge of that.

I think God for this wonderful surgeon with a delicate hands who gave my son the gift of being pain-free. From the moment he came into the room with his booming voice and full details of what my son was going to be undertaking I felt complete, 100% confidence. Along the way his support staff kept me informed and made many phone calls to make sure that the surgery was a success. Dr. Scott called me as soon as the surgery was over and put my fears to rest I would highly recommend Dr. Scott and his wonderful support team for any future concerns God bless him!!

Dr. Andre L Scott is a very informative, personable, carring and excellently competent surgeon. My initial encounter with Dr. Scott was in the emergency room. He explained in detail what my symptoms suggested. He then explained the tests and procedures he was going to perform to confirm. He was cordial in addressing my questions and ensuring that I understood. Once obtaining confirmation of his diagnosis, he then immediately performed the surgery. Each daily visit included a warm greeting followed by a thorough review and check up on my progress. He also kept my primary physician informed of my condition. The follow up visits to his office have been just as thorough and pleasant as my initial meeting of him in the ER; when he allayed my concerns and provided necessary care in a prompt and competent manner. Was diagnosed with infected gallbladder was taken into surgery to find out my goal brother already was removed many years ago. But how can you make such a diagnosis without the gallbladder even being there. I feel my diagnosis was rushed are you doing

My grandmother had surgery Friday and we haven’t seen Dr. Scott since. No follow up, didn’t prescribe pain medicine after surgery. Just very unprofessional! Seems to have no concern for patient nor family.

I visited this office last week for a consultation, the staff was very friendly, the office was really nice and Dr. Scott was very thorough and patient in explaining everything to me, he had great manners and he made me feel very confident in his expertise, he did my procedure in the office the same day and he did a great job, I am feeling so much better.
