Dr. Andrea Duchini, MD

Doctor spent less than one minute with me, did not ask if I had any questions, did not explain what I should do for the pain, left the room after one minute and never saw him. The nurses told me I'll possibly hear back next week, and even then, they had nothing else to tell me. The doctor didn't recommend anything to me. Horrible bed side manner, and I would not recommend anyone to him! :(

He was kind and helped me with my mother's care during a very long and difficult period. Very knowledgable and compassionate.

Dr. Duchini is a wonderful man & Doctor. He makes sure you understand everything before you leave. I have the upmost respect of this Dr. Would refer him to any one.

Ordered scan because his tech did an ultra sound and found a mass on one of my kidneys. Scan showed I had one small kidney stone. Dena in his Beaumont office left a message on my answering machine. Tried to call his office for two weeks only to get a recording and not able to leave a message. Even called Houston office and left message. Never heard from them. Do not need a doctor like this.

Appointment scheduling is a nightmare. Appts are never confirmed and i have left messages several times with legitimate questions and have not been called back. I never get results discussed, was told i could get copy of labwork and by checkout everyone forgot. Not organized. Sadly, I am currently looking for a new Dr.

This Dr. is my Dr. unfortunately I have had multiple problem's with him. He does not listen to you. Also he treats you like a number not a person. I have to rely on my primary Dr. for help this Dr. should be doing. All My lab's I have learned to give copies sent to my regular Dr. Because I almost went into a coma this summer, I had lab work done for this Dr. but he did not alert me that I had high ammonia level's in my blood, which could have caused me to go into a coma. Right now other Dr.s are having to do test he should have been doing. Also pharmacy's cannot get a response from him if a medication will not go through. I have a chronic condition, it say's I need a biopsy at leaste every 4 yrs. it has been over 6 yrs. No result's. I feel like I am just a statistic to this Dr. it is sad. I do not have options to get a choice of Dr.s It took my own Dr. to contact this man for me to even get seen after months of calling. He never would respond when my levels kept going up, my primary… should not have to do his job.

Could use a little more personality with patients.

Office staff is very professional and friendly. Dr is very knowledgeable and very helpful. Went over everything with me very thorough.

DR DUCHINI IS THE BEST PHYSICIAN IN MORE THAN ONE WAY, HE HAS A GREAT BED SIDE MANNER AND IS VERY EDUCATED. I FEEL LIKE HE CARES ABOUT ME AS A PATIENT AND I TRUST HIS DECISIONS 100%
