Dr. Hoover is the OB/GYN in Kokomo! I am so grateful that she delivered my daughter. I developed some complications at the very end and Dr. Hoover made sure that she would be there and check in on me before going out of town on a work trip. Cannot say enough great things about her! I wish I could clone her and take her wherever we move - I will be sad not to have her as my doctor anymore :(

Dr Hoover is so personable & really takes her time to answer any questions/concerns during appointments. She is an amazing OB/Gyn. I wouldn't trust anyone else.

I wouldn't even consider another doctor! Dr. Hoover has excellent bedside manner, is very caring and considerate of my concerns and preferences. She has delivered all 3 of my babies. I do not feel like just another patient when I see her. It is evident that she is passionate about what she does. She is definitely not just all about the money like someone commented below. She has made sacrifices of her own personal time for me and my babies and goes above and beyond for her patients.

I love her!! She really takes the time to listen to what you are saying. Good bed side manner. I don't know why anyone would say she was all about money-that is ridiculous!!

When I first met Dr. Hoover, I thought she was a very nice lady. It wasn't until I got further along in my pregnancy when I found out that she was all about the money and it sickened me!

I was a nervous wreck when i found out i was pregnant, but Dr. Hoover made me feel comfortable and calm about the whole thing. She is without a doubt the best Doctor i have ever to.
