Dr. Kiss joined a telehealth appointment with my elderly mother, who has significant memory issues, and was unprepared despite the detailed context I provided in advance. She began the call by asking, “So, why are we here?” and referenced a prior appointment where my mother reported no memory concerns. I had shared that my mother is not always aware of her condition when I made the appointment. Total amateur hour and a complete waste of time, especially since she refused to make a referral for the specific blood test I had requested to see if my mom would qualify for a trial.

I went to Dr. Kiss looking for a GP. At my appt I asked her and she agreed. I had blood tests done and when I called for results, she said she was moving locations and not taking any new patients. Waste of time.
