Dr. Andrea Kwong

She was rude and does not care about her patients. She probably needs to find another profession as she is not in this for patient care. Didn't care about my wifes issues.

Dr. Kwong is friendly, knowledgeable and a great listener. She immediately puts you at ease. The exam was my first in over 15 years. She was gentle and I had very little discomfort. Excellent physician. I highly recommend her.

She gives wrong information, unprofessional, doesn't seem to know what she is doing. How is she a doctor

She seemed like a good doctor, but when she messes up she will not own up to it. She had done a cerclage on me and told me when the time comes to take it out, it would be a 15 minute in office procedure. As my pregnancy progressed I started having early contractions, she had to take out the cerclage, so she’s could deliver my baby. She lost a piece of the cerclage inside of me. After 45 minutes of fishing for it I asked her “why is it taking so long?” She admitted she had lost a piece of the cerclage inside of me and was having a hard time finding it and apologized. She had to call in another Dr. To help her. It took a total of 2 hours of them digging around inside me with my baby still inside, while I was having contractions the whole time! Luckily I had an epidural. Fast forwarding to when the bills start coming in. Our anesthesia bill was about 4 times the amount because of Dr. Kwong’s mistake. And some of the other bills were ridiculous. I called them and spoke to Dr. Rojas. They… did an investigation and of course said it was a complicated case it happens and I said “then why did Dr. Kwong admit that she messed up?” They just defended her because she took back what she had said to my husband and me. They did try making it right by covering the bills that cost us more than they should have or even to pay part of it. After what she put me through, all that pain, she turns around and says she did nothing wrong after the fact. We left this practice after that! Be careful of her and this practice!

Excellent doctor. I have been her patient for 4 years and I was happy she could deliver my first baby. Very kind person, answers all questions. I love her!!

Dr. Kwong is very caring. She provided me with the best advice during my pregnancy; I knew exactly what to expect from all aspects. She even took the time to entertain some of my husbands silly questions.
