Listens to patient’s concerns and validates their health concerns. I feel very involved with my medical care and love the fact that she goes above and beyond to provide the best care.

Dr. Andrea leathers murmer only cares about making money for her practice. She wants to come in every month to see her just to pick up a prescription (a piece of paper) which I'm charged $74 a month for. Today I can my blood pressure medication and instead of giving me my full months worth she gave me 10 days worth. She doesn't care about her patients. Doctors in a third world country treat their patients with more respect and help. She knows I can't afford to see her monthly for a piece of paper. I will never recommended her to anyone! As far as I can tell neither will anyone else. With a 2 rating. I'm surprised she's still a practicing physician!

Dr Leathers prescribed an antipsychotic drug for my adult son with a developmental disability,. She did this without checking with the insurance company on its availability or criteria to have the drug approved.Now he is on the drug, is on vacation for a month. When he arrives home, he will have to betaken off the drug. Her assistant Debbie even went so far as to say that he may have to go to the Hospital. If he does he will not survive, because of his special needs and history of abuse. She also has interfered wowing my responsibilities as his Social Security Representative Payee. One of those responsibilities is to assist the recipient in obtaining necessary medical services. By refusing to talk to me about his medical needs, she interfering with that responsibility. This has been reported to the health insurance company, which will forward the findings to the Department of Health.

She just became my primary doctor about 1 1/2 months ago. Following being hospitalized for blood clots I saw Dr. Leathers. She seemed nice enough. They monitor my PT/INR in the office which is great. While we are still getting my warfarin levels on track, I am informed that she is not around; no one can tell me why or where; they do not know when she will return. I tried to get a refill for my HBP meds but she had entered some strange med in place of one of my regular ones and now I cannot get my regular simple med refilled. Most bizarre experience I have ever had.

I wish I'd never seen this person. I am FURIOUS about how she treated me. Her listening skills are zero.
