Dr. Padano doesnt return calls prompty nor does she complete paperwork prompty either. No bedside manner, always has excuses why shes late. Poor with follow-up. She refuses to work with other doctors nor does she accept other doctors orders. Do not go to her, plenty of other caring, professional doctors out there who would actually care about you. She is not one of them. Too much ego and not enough bedside manner.

I have been a patient of the office for 8 years, I am extremely satisfied with the care I receive from Melanie Santiago P.A. and the staff at the office. They are quick on follow up and you are always greeted with a smile. Rene is the main receptionist and has been there since I have started and is my go to gal! She is very reliable and also friendly. there have been some staffing changes which appear all for the better. I highly recommend this office.
