I waited months for this appointment, hoping to get help for severe fatigue, insomnia, brain fog, and soaking night sweats—classic symptoms of perimenopause. Despite being referred to this provider as a local expert, she dismissed the possibility of perimenopause based solely on a single FSH level even though I have an IUD. This contradicts both NAMS and NICE guidelines, which emphasize symptom-based diagnosis in women over 40 due to the unreliability of FSH during hormonal transition. When I asked whether she ever treats based on symptoms, she initially said that she did, and she could write for an estrogen patch — even though my estradiol was already elevated. She only prescribed progesterone and testosterone after I directly requested it based on my symptoms and very low progesterone, and low total, free, free %, and bioavalable testosterone. She also verbally discussed topical testosterone application to the thigh or abdomen, but then wrote for intravaginal delivery without any… explanation, despite the lack of local symptoms. If you're seeking a provider who integrates labs, symptoms, and evidence-based care, this may not be the right fit. I had high hopes that this provider would help me move forward, but instead I felt like I had to do all the clinical reasoning myself. I left the appointment feeling shocked, unsupported, and deeply disappointed. I absolutely plan to seek care elsewhere for continued treatment and support.

It's snootsville over there. Took me to an office with a desk and two chairs, not an examination room. She doesn't listen, and pushed my mother and me out to bill pay before I could ask any questions. I feel like I was given a mental whiplash because it was so rushed. Coworkers suck too!

I have been seeing Dr. Schiller for at least 15 yrs. I also have friends that see her. We all agree she is an excellent doctor and a kind and down to earth person. She is gentle and very thorough. Women First has a great staff to go along with her.

Friendly, smart, caring, professional I've ever dealt with. Doctors come with attitudes, this one doesn't. Doctors are distant and their own breed....this one isn't. Very down to Earth. You won't believe it til you see it..her.

The worst. She doesn't follow patient autonomy, and patient autonomy is a right! She charged me and my insurance for a pap smear I never had. Very dishonest. Hides from her mistakes, instead of handling them! She is in trouble with patient abandonment. She intercepts complaints, so she cant get in trouble. She refuses to perform hysterectomy of transgender patient, with 4 letters from qualified gender therapists. He reason is that her office doesn't perform gender related surgeries. A hysterectomy is a hysterectomy no matter how you slice it. I'm getting a lawyer to sue her. The office doesn't do more than birth control, and prescribe pain medicine. NOBODY IS TOO YOUNG FOR A CURE! The hysterectomy consent form says they can't discriminate against age! I wanted a hysterectomy for endometriosis, dysfunctional uterine bleeding, severe anemia. The pain from my periods make me suicidal. I have no quality of life because of my periods! ALL of my therapists wrote recommendation letters for me… to have a hysterectomy, because a hysterectomy will give my life quality! I'm 28 years old! I'm not even a young adult!

Poor doctor who has a snobbish attitude and could care less about her patients.

i could not ask more of an OBGYN. She is there for all my questions and concerns, providing me with the time i need. She is clinically exceptional. Would recommend her to everyone.
