This is my first time giving a one star review without even stepping foot into the doctor’s office. I call the receptionist picks up and nothing seems out of the ordinary when she ask for the basic info (name, address; insurance) BUT then things go downhill. She asks me if I’m taking any type of meds and so I tell her that I’m taking a couple meds for Rheumatoid arthritis to control joint inflammation and this incompetent worker tells me she doesn’t understand and that she has to call me back because I’m on prescription meds and I ask her isn’t that the doctor’s job to talk to me? Her lame excuse was that she’s new and alone in the office and refuses to make an appointment. Ok fine, I hang up and don’t expect a call back but she actually does so I’m thinking I guess it was just a misunderstanding BUT then this incompetent receptionist tells me that since I’m on prescription meds that it may effect me getting an endoscopy but tried to schedule me for one WITHOUT having an actual… gastroenterologist speak with me first about what’s going on. At this point I’m getting irritated and ask her “so you guys aren’t going to have a consultation with the patient and just proceed to an endoscopy without hearing them out?!”. She only makes it worse by changing the story and saying she needs to schedule an endoscopy and a consultation. So how about actually hearing the patient out first before forcing a procedure which by the way…you guys didn’t even bother to hear what my medical concern was and why I called in the first place. Instead your incompetent receptionist decides to use my preexisting condition and call the shots on what I need. First of all, that’s none of her business as the doctor must talk to me first before any procedures happen and second of all, if you guys weren’t accepting new patients or didn’t want to help me…you guys could have just said so. I find it more insulting that you guys expected me to believe your made stories. Just so you guys know…NO ONE is that stupid. I know the receptionist is not a doctor and does not know as much as they do…fine! Then simply make an appointment for somI can tell someone who does “understand” instead of feeding me lies that even a five year can tell are obvious lies. Also, if you’re gonna be in the medical field your little receptionist better get used to basic medical terminology like “inflammation”.

The atmosphere is clean, staffs are nice and courteous. Dr is always smiling and ready to see you.

Arrogant and condensending. You can find much better ones in the area.
