Very surprised to see two negative comments about Dr. Burrells staff... Probably the same person commenting twice. Dr Burrell has been my physician for 11 years and this current (couple or three years is the best I've dealt with anywhere! If your insurance card is invalid (expired), then you don't have insurance and they charged the right amount. It's YOUR job to call and get updated card, not theirs. And if you stomped and raised cain in the office because you didn't get your way, I'd invite you to leave my office as well. So NOW I'm questioning YOUR loyalty, having said you've been there 20 yrs. You take incorrect info in and it's their fault? Uh Huh...

After being a patient for 20 years it's disappointing that the staff treat you badly. They refused to help me with my insurance that they accept because I didn't have my new card & then charged me $50 for the office visit after they said I didn't have to pay it. When I complained about it they sent me a letter stating he would no longer be my doctor. Wow that's real loyalty. Do Not Recommend!!!!

Have been going to see Dr Burrell for almost twenty five years. Our whole family has used him and we are very satisfied with the Doctor and his staff.

My Mom went to see Dr. Burrell on a Wed. morning, she was having difficulty breathing. He said she was fine and sent her home, apparently he didn't listen to her lungs & heart. My Mom told me over the years he "never" listened to them. Anyway, on Friday my Mom was admitted to the ICU for pneumonia, she died 1 week later. I wouldn't send anyone to see this doctor.......

I really like the office, the staff and the efficiency. I very much want a follow up visit with Dr. Burrell, however the office is absolutely impossible to contact by phone. There is no way to hold for a receptionist or leave a message on their general number.
