Dr. Andrew Dill, MD

I always had to wait at the very least, 40 minutes. Then he doesn't listen, has horrible bedside manner (doesn't even look at you) and just talks and talks incessantly. I'm very grateful that nothing serious transpired with my health under his care. I found someone new and am so pleased! So arrogant; what a shame.

Takes months to get app in tent incorrect addresses and phone numbers listed for new patients was 8 minutes late and front desk said they could not see me even though they were running behind so check back in August. This is June. Rude not accommodating and insensitive. Never again.

I had a scheduled in office visit with him knowing it was 13 days after testing positive for Covid. When I got there they refused to see me even though I was no longer testing positive but still had symptoms, which is why I went there.

Dr Mueller apparently has left this Airway Heights office.. Absolutely no notification to patients.. Including my girlfriend.. She called today to make an appointment and that is the only reason she became aware she no longer has a doctor.. I can not believe they set her up with this Dr Dill.. Why is it so hard for us to get a reputable, caring, and knowledgeable doctor.. This just sucks.. We are already on the phone looking for another doctor after reading these reviews.. No time for wacko doctors...

Dr Dill will treat you like his best friend the first time he sees you, but after that forget it. He wont listen to a word you have to say and forget about talking to him about anything natural. If its not a pharmaceutical drug It's bad for you. He is a closed minded arrogant none professional piece of work to put it nicely. I think that his staff is afraid to ask him any question because you cant even get the nurse to call you back after she tells you she will talk to the doctor and call you back. It took 2 weeks to get a simple prescription straightened out with the pharmacy after he prescribed it. Do not waste your time and money on this one.

If you cant take the work load then don't take on new patients. I have seen Dr. Dill on multiple occasions. He's very informative, slightly awkward and tends to talk over you. He spouts out treatment objectives and you walk out feeling like you really have a perfect game plan to feel better. Follow ups are a joke though. Half the time he is so booked you cant see him for months and his office has canceled on me twice. Once because of an emergency (Which I fully understand) and second for his vacation. I understand large work loads and the complications that follow but this is my life you're supposed to be caring for. If you cant take the time to really care about your patients wellbeing, please do us all a favor and stop taking new patients and pay attention to the ones you have.

Do not understand individuals with special needs.

Warning-Never see this doctor. He put me on a medication for which I had an allergy and it took him over 4 months to figure it out and only after I had made an appointment else where and had requested my records . He also told me to "suck it up". Arrogant and uneducated is how I would describe him and his practice should be under review. Never in my life of 60 plus years have I had such an experience. I was healthy my entire life before I saw him and healthy after but not during. Note: I have never previously provided any type of public comment but am compelled to warn others.

When I first saw Dr. Dill, he was quick, professional, and treated all of my needs (I had a list) and did it in order, explaining everything. Then when I had a serious issue in which I had been complaining about continuously, I was advised PT was the only option, after demanding a consult with a specialist it turns out it was serious, when I tried to get paperwork to protect my job filled out, the Dr then turned things over to the surgeon. I couldn't get the care I wanted or needed. Will be leaving the practice immediately.
