Dr. Andrew Kellerman, MD, MD

I have been going to Dr. Kellerman for 32 years. I would recommend him to anyone. He is a very gentle and caring doctor. He always calls to see how you are doing after he has done a procedure. When in the office, he takes his time with you and answers all your questions. He never rushes you out. I owe my life to him. I wouldn't go to anyone else.

Caring and sensitive to my medical problem.

I absolutely love Dr. Kellerman he is very good at what he does. I have been with him for years and he hasn't let me down. I had lost a baby inutero when I first saw him. I was 27 weeks pregnant. Instead of the doctor that had saw me for the pregnancy telling me well we will try again and see what happens, Dr. Kellerman did testing and found I have a disorder and treated it and viola I have two healthy kids.

I did not like him. He seemed preoccupied while speaking with me after the exam. He did not have a good bedside manner either. He put me on hormone pills for menopause and was very upset when I quit taking them because they made me bat-sh** crazy! I will not be returning.

I have seen all the doctors in this practice and I like them all but Dr Kellerman is by far my favorite! I have had 3 children and he has delivered all of my children at my request because I trust him completely! I was reading previous reviews and they are slightly correct, he can seem distant at first but once you see him 2-3 times you will see that he is very nice, he knows what he's doing and that he's an amazing doctor.

I think Dr. Kellerman is very nice, the staff in the Monroeville office is another story. Most there are nice but whomever answers the phones and does the scheduling, really needs to have a refresher course in manners.

Doesn't seem to care about patient feelings/emotions, he just goes through the motions. Doesn't explain his logic, doesn't give options, and very cold demeanor. Giving birth is a highly emotional, yet tramatic experience, so OB's should have people skills. This guy should be in a profession that doesn't require him to interact with human beings - sorry to be so harsh, but it's true.

caring kind doctor spends quality time explaining your problem through examination excellent bedside manner

I had been being passed around doctor to doctor for severe sharp pains in my abdomen. After multiple doctors and tons of tests over 2 months, I was referred to Dr Kellerman. And I was scared out of my mind with not knowing what was wrong with me. Dr Kellerman performed an extremely efficient exam, reviewed my chart and lab results, helped me complete my new chart with his office, and then asked me to join him in his private office. We sat and talked for almost an hour, and he did not leave me with any questions at all. As it turned out, my problem was nothing so serious as cysts, tumours or endometriosis (as the other docs had suspected) but just something with my bladder. He sent me off with a prescription and a handshake, and asked me to call with any additional questions, should I have them.This is one of the few doctors whom I've ever dealt with who took the time to really TALK to me and explain everything simply, and make all my fears subside.Now I'm getting ready to go back… to him about some other OB-GYN things, and I honestly can't wait to see him again!His staff was just wonderful as well - very caring, kind, patient, and efficient!Thank you, DR Kellerman!

I'm usually a patient of Dr. Rygg and I think she great, but I decided to try to get pregnant and when I went to make my appt. they said she no long does deliveries, so they set me up with Dr. Kellerman. Overall I felt like I was wasting his time,he kept checking his phone, he asked me some questions, and I didn't come up with an answer quick enuff and he looked at me like I should know this off the top of my head! Dr Rygg was very consered about my hpv and would come back every 6 months. I told him my conserns of having that and pcos he said oh don't worry about the hpv, and just try to get pregnant for 6 months and if nothing happens then come back in. did you even look @ my chart? This is a very important thing in my life, you would think he would be concerete of that. I would highly not recommend someone seeing him
