"Do not let him do surgery on you! Travelled across country to have him do the surgery. Had problems with my implant within a month and he insisted it was me and wouldn't help solve the problem. I had to call the company and found out that sometimes the valve gets stuck. The company rep told me what to do and it fixed it. Go to any other high volume implant doctor

DR Kramer is the very best at what he does. He takes time with each patient and is very soothing in a stressful situation. Highly reccomend him.

In May/2019, I saw Dr. Kramer at U of MD Medical Ctr. in Baltimore, because his office told me he performed the REZUM procedure.  During the visit, he informed me that he didn't know how to do the REZUM procedure. I said that the office visit charge should be written off, and he seemed to agree, but he still submitted an insurance claim, and then billed me. UMD Medical was impossible to deal with, and eventually MD Attorney General's Office got the balance removed.

I found Dr on You Tube, in person not impressed. My exam was 15 mins at the most. Showed no interest in my concerns. First impressions are everything.

After 6 or 7 years of researching penile implants with a pump a friend recomnended me to Dr Andrew Kramer. The more of his videos I seen & the more I read about Dr Kramer made me realize that this is a doctor I could trust to give me the very most out of what this penile implant procedure was able to be given. Dr Kramer was a very friendly & a very personable Dr. the first time I met him it was like we had known each other for years. He visited me 3 times in my hospital room checking in on me to see how I was recovering. When I ket to come home he gave me his cell phone # & said any question, problem or concern to text him & he would b back with me promptly. Every time I texted him he was back within a couple hours in things that was info i needed but if I had more of a concern from surgery he was back within 15 minutes. I have never in my life with all the surgeries I’ve gone through had the perdonal care like I have had with Dr Kramer. He shows that he takes pride in his… profession. I know for me he is the best Dr world wide. When I read that he was the best in the nation & one of the top leading Doctors around the wirld in penile implants I knew he was my Dr. well I will always keep my insurance to where Dr Kramer will always be my Dr in any urological procedure that I will ever need to have. He is my Dr for life. Thank u Dr Kramer for a job well done.

I saw Dr. Kramer for penile implant surgery in Nov. 2012. He implanted a Coloplast device that worked well for 6 years, then quit working in late summer 2018. Apparently a valve became stuck because it cannot be inflated. The pump bulb is hard as a rock and cannot be squeezed. I called Dr. Kramer's office in hopes of speaking to him for suggestions that might restore the devices operation. An assistant took my call and suggested I sit in a warm tub. She advised that otherwise the device would need to be replaced at the current full price. I asked that she request Dr. Kramer contact me, but its now 6 months and he's not done so.

Went all the way from Finland to USA to have the surgery done by MD A. Kramer. It was one of my best descisions in life. Supersatisfied

I have had ED for almost 3 years because of a botched pelvic surgery. We had considered a local surgeon, but because of how complex I believed my case to be, due to considerable scar tissue and altered location of my intestine, I wanted the best. Dr. Kramer comes across as very confident, and not at all cocky. He is high volume, but not high enough to consider him an Implant Mill. He has mastered his art, and has done enough that he can keep surgical time down, thus reducing problems with anesthesia. He also uses a surgical suite that is fully isolated that day for penile implants only, so I was not going to go into a room right after someone who had some sort of infection. I am currently 11 days post op, and everything seems to be progressing well. I have sent him several emails with questions, and his response has been almost immediate. He is certainly worth traveling for..
