Dr. Lozano is a nice doctor. Horrible service. After my appointment I have called in about 25 times to get my invoice to submit for reimbursement through my health insurance. They have promised to send it, but never do. Their phone voicemail box is usually full, they ignore emails, and on the slight chance they do answer their phones, they lie to you if you aren't going to pay them money. Shameful way to treat patients.

My insurance contacted me to let me know this clown not only overcharged my insurance but added services that he NEVER rendered!!!! CRIME!!!!

The doctor is a talker so be ready to stay in the room for a long time. His wife is the office manager and she is very rude and is horrible at doing the billing. I was charged for 3 visit when I only had 1. She still has not returned my calls

The doctor talks a lot you will be in the office up to an hour. the office manager who is his wife is very rude and the billing is always wrong they overcharged my insurance she have not returned my phone calls about my medical bills
