Poor bedside manner, long wait. I'd rather go with someone less abrasive. He talks into a microphone during the appointment which is awkward and I wasn't sure sometimes if he was speaking to me or what...??? He does know his craft well and is highly recommended by his peers. That said, I'm in pain and what I don't need to put up with is a rude doctor.Also, my wait time has been over 1 hour on several visits before I changed doctors...

I wanted to thank Dr Cash for his skills and knowledge and his willingness to try to help me quickly. I have spinal stenosis and struggled with walking, standing and sitting (sometimes wheelchair bound). Even after 2 back surgeries (NOT done by Dr Cash)I was still in pain. Dr Cash was highly recommended and within 3 months I was scheduled for surgery. He not only repaired the area that was a problem but proceeded to correct problems from my last surgeries. Recovery took time but I am walking, driving, and enjoying life. At 74 years old my kidneys were not functioning and had to stop taking celebrex. I was taking celebrex to stop the pain and even after stopping taking the celebrex I was and still am fine. Dr Cash did such a remarkable, outstanding job that I am still blessed with little pain in my back.

I have two small children that I was unable to play with as often as I would have if I had the ability to. After many years of being a cocktail waitress I couldnt bare the pain any longer. I was referred to see Dr. Cash through a friend of my family. The first visit I waited about 30-40 minutes before I actually seen him. Dr. Cash sent me for additional testing. To make a long story short after a year of different studies Dr. Cash was agreeable to perform my surgery. That is why I was so dedicated. Im 34 years old he said surgery is the last result and he meant it. Im thankful that I followed through and cooperated with his suggestions. The only bad experience I ever had was because I failed to comply with his requests for additional testing. I prolonged the surgery. I remember at one point him saying "getting better starts with you, I can't do my part until you do yours. Therefore, I felt Dr. Cash wasnt about making a buck. He actually cared about me as a person. So thank you Dr. Cash.

I would not recomend this Dr, he`s very cold and uncaring his name says it all CASH!!! that`s all he cares i didn`t see him in the operating room and he discharge me over the phone not even once he came to see me after surgery, Kimberly!! his assistant is RUDE!! and made more then 3 mistakes including divulging personal info with the anesthesic team, when i went to see him after my surgery and being seeing by her, the nurse came in and send me home she didn`t cover my wound , not even help me with my neck brace, and Kim she talks to you so close after she finish eating!! that you have to hold your breath ! VERY unprofessional!!! and again i WOULD NOT RECOMEND THIS DOCTOR TO NOBODY!!! C A S H !!!! that`s all he really cares.

This is one specialist that I would not only recommend but if possible drive you there myself. This man helped my girl friend who had broken her neck in a car accident. He explained in detail everthing going on, didn't rush us, his staff was polite, helpful and caring. Dr. Cash represents what some of us grew up knowing what a "real" doctor was. Someone who knows their patients and the correct procedures. I am sorry that 2 people had bad experiences it happens, but that leaves 98% of his patients happy and satisfied. This doctor is awesome.

This doctor may be well-qualified in training, but not only was very overpriced, but due to an insurance mix-up, I didn't receive any billings for over 6 months after my visit. When I finally did receive a statement, I asked to be put on a payment plan. I made regular payments on a monthly basis. But after 3 months, the billing lady begn getting huffy and unreasonable. I even made double payments during that month, but at that point she turned my account over to a collection agency, even after I had already paid more than half the amount owed. I feel this was vindictive and punitive. I have a very high credit rating and am not a deadbeat, but I just needed some extra time to pay in this current recession. But apparently the priority of this doctor's office is his pocketbook.

I had seen another doctor and found him completely incompetant. I stumbled into Dr. Cash and he did my surgery. He is great. He is actually fun to see and very personable. His staff is very nice also. He is sure to follow up on not only his care and his staff, but the hospital and any other places he sends you. He did a great job!

I can't speak highly enough for Dr. Andrew Cash and his entire staff. After having chronic pain for over a year, I am now feeling better than ever... pain free and moving. Thanks Dr. Cash!
