Dr. Andrew Toscano is a pulmonologist who specializes in diagnosing and treating conditions affecting the lungs and respiratory system. He earned his medical degree from Rutgers New Jersey Medical School and completed his residency training at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital. With 16 years of experience in pulmonary medicine, Dr. Toscano brings extensive knowledge to caring for patients with complex breathing disorders. He is fluent in both English and Spanish.
