Terrible, biased, hippa violating. who does a procedure and not tell the present legal guardian what she knows or what is about to do to his son. Unprofessional and lacking basic communicative skills

Danger to patient safety and disregards parental concerns. Only her time is valuable and your wasting hers attitude. Very unprofessional, unethical and worst bed side manner. We left early it was so bad. She has no business in pediatrics. Avoid this doctor unless you like dealing with an adult who behaves like a teenager who lost all respect for people.

Dr. Richmond put down a fellow physician and was antagonistic towards me. I have never experienced a physician that was so unprofessional. I will never go there again or refer anyone to her.

My daughter has been going to Dr. Richmond for a little over two years and has had the same rash for almost a year. Instead of searching for the problem she kept the diagnosis and has prescribed the same thing 10+ times to no avail. She is rude and uncaring. She sticks to her idea even when she is wrong. The nurses staff aren't helpful. The receptionist is the only person there that seems to care about my daughter and actually recommended we switch to a mercy doctor.

I have been taking my children to Dr.Richmnond for 2 years. Everytime I go there, she rushes through our appointments and will not take time to answer our questions. She actually tells us to reschedule because she has other appointments. I have tried to give her several chances, but I am very disappointed and going to look for another doctor.

I have never in my life experienced such a rude doctor and with all the health issues in my family, we have seen MANY!! She is short, snappy, inconsiderate. Doesn't care at all about how she may come accross to the parents. My child is "scared" of her and asked me why she didn't like us... I am sad to say that was enough. I have good insurance and pay my copays. I would rather have someone that is going to be respectful to me and my child see us. Oh, and she misdiagnosed him.... Easy to see why her ratings are so bad. I don't think anyone likes to have their child's doctor "snap" and them and be rude when they are trying to get help for their ill child. Go somewhere else!!!

She may be knowledgeble, but her bedside manner is the worst I've ever encountered. I'll just pay the out of network co-pay, Thank you very much.

Poor bedside mannor, needs to take a course in professionalism. I also have concerns about her prescribing baby antibiotics when everything was clear except stuffy nose.

My son n I love this dr she is great n nice n outgoing she is great with her patients n her staff is awesome n really great ladys

I think Dr.Richmond shows professionalism combined with a firm knowledge of my child's health care needs. She is so kind and helpful, always available, and clearly the best doctor I have ever met. We LOVE her.
