Have to wait sometimes to get appointment but it is worth it to seedr kraus

Made me feel comfortable right away. Although late appointment did spend time with me.

We were taken into our appointment right on time. The nurse was proactive, and very helpful. We were given an appointment the same day we called in. Also, the doctor was very gentle and caring with my son. She was good at explaining the tests that would be taken and the course of investigation we would need to determine a diagnosis. She spent a very good amount of time with us, in fact, we were the last ones there. Despite that, we were offered help getting to the car, as it was difficult because of my son's condition. I didn't feel rushed. I felt listened to and comfortable with the course of action we needed to make. I did get a call back in a short time about the results of the tests and answered all my questions.

I have seen quite a few Doctors in the last 12 years but Dr Kraus stands out as one of the best. She takes the time needed to listen and explain. She is knowledgeable, kind and caring.

One of the best doctors I have seen in a long time....gentle, caring, non-rushed attitude which I love. I am 67 and have seen many doctors but they are all so rushed and carry that into the room....but not Dr. Kraus.

I have been seeing Dr. Kraus for at least two years and am absolutely so very thankful for her kind and caring way.She is very caring and giving of her time with you. You feel like you really do matter.....a very rare thing these days! She is very knowlegeable and listens. I am so much better both in my health and outlook since Dr. Kraus has been my provider.
