Although my surgery and results went well, getting an appointment and dealing with the rude front desk staff at this office has been a nightmare. Ive made appointments months in advance and have been asked to wait over an hour to be seen for a post-op appointment which is strictly rude and unacceptable. After bringing it to the front desks attention, I was told I was more than welcome to wait or reschedule because “The doctors busy and running behind”. Will not be going there for any reason anymore, RUN.

I had a consultation and the lady just talked about cost of packages . 2 weeks later I go to appt and they had new lower promotion at cheaper rate and the lady at desk said I wasn’t a new customer and wouldn’t goner it. Never been to this place. Went for consultation and they were charging me double ( $400) for Morpheus when they have promotion for $199. Very unprofessional. Lots of excuses so I walked out. Horrible experience and felt like they just wanted money .

If i could give 0 stars i would. Completely unprofessional. Straight LIES TO YOUR FACE. Had a 1:30 appointment and i called twice to let them know i was there waiting in the lot.AN HOUR LATER I CALL THEM and They proceed to say we tried to called you. NO YOU DID NOT I HAVE AIRPODS IN AND IT ANNOUNCES CALLS TO ME AND I HAD MY PHONE IN MY HAND THE WHOLE TIME. And even then YOU ONLY ATTEMPT TO CALL ONCE? my call log shows my outgoing calls to you and nothing incoming except from the day before of them HARRASSING TO CONFIRM AN APPOINTMENT THAT THEY DID NOT HONOR. How can i trust a surgeon with my body if i cant even trust them to communicate honestly and effectively?

Gave poor review earlier for not keeping up the appointments, but when explained that due Covid-19 some appointments had to be cancelled, I have a better understanding. Otherwise Dr. Anish is an excellent doctor.

I like Dr.Nihalani he was very kind, very patient and reassuring and told me what i can possible expect from my surgery , the day of the surgery the staff and Dr.Nihalani were very comforting.

DR NIHALANI AND HIS STAFF BASICALLY SAVED MY LIFE!! I was 250pds with type2 diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol and sleep apnea! Being only 37 years old I felt my life was being cut short!! I chose to do the gastric sleeve surgery a month ago and it was the best decision in my life!!! Just 4 weeks out of surgery I am now 212pds, my blood sugar level hasn't been over 100 in the last month! I have a lot of energy and basically I feel like a new man! This office has changed my life. Dr. Nihalani, Sara Shama, and the staff have been my guide, mentors and strength on my journey. If you are thinking about having bariatric surgery you will find the best of the best right here in Dr. Nihalani's office. I am a different person today from when I first walked in this office. Dr Nihalani is a great doctor..I highly recommend him to anyone wanting to get a gastric surgery. He is great.
