I switched to see Dr. Kaul from another MD in Simi Valley. I wait online trying to get an appointment for 45 minutes. No one calls back. I have a serious blood disorder that requires blood draws at least twice a month. Trying to get established ongoing treatment in this facility is a nightmare. Ii get put on hold, then the phone hangs up! Please Dr. Kaul do not take on a new patient is you do not have time for them. I have been playing phone tag with this facility for 3 months. No calls back. FRUSTRATING and dangerous to say the least. My time is as valuable as yours.

Dr. Kaul respects each of her patient's time and understands the patient's point of view. More than that, she is committed to each of us. Whenever I have called to ask a question, I received a timely response. When I didn't understand, she patiently explained. She keeps up with the latest treatment developments so you can rest assured that you are getting the best care available.

Dr. Kaul is very personable, friendly and easy to talk to. She addresses my questions and concerns and has a patience I don't often see in doctors. My primary doctor told me she was outstanding when he sent me to see her, and he was absolutely correct in his assessment.

As a nurse practicing at one of the hospitals Dr. Kaul serves, I can attest to her excellence. I've worked with her since 2003. In addiiton, she has been my own oncologist since 2007. After having seen her practice as both an RN and a patient, I can't say enought great things about her. If you are scared, she will support you and help you through the worst time of your life. She is excellent clinically and you can rest assured that she is affiliated with UCLA and is on the cutting edge. I am so grateful to her.

Dr Kaul is an excellent balance of compassion - to help the patients - and drive - to keep on top of the newest options along with dealing with the overhead of the healthcare system. Wonderful lady and we've loved working with her as she looks after my wife.

I FOUND DR.KAUL TO BE KIND AND ALWAYS WILLING TO TAKE THE TIME TO EXPLAIN MY OPTIONS {SIDE EFFECTS ETC.} SHE MADE IT CLEAR SHE WAS INTERESTED IN TREATING MY CANCER IN THE BEST WAY POSSIBLE. DR.KAUL COORDINATED WITH MY OTHER DOCTORS THROUGHOUT MY TREATMENT. I HAVE RECCOMENDED HER TO SEVERAL PEOPLE AS BEING AN EXCELLENT DOCTOR. REGARDING MY CANCER SO FAR AFTER TWO YEARS, SO GOOD.
